Refund and Returns Policy

You can return items to us under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
  • The product should be unused, undamaged, and include all original labels.
  • Personalized items, as well as underwear and socks, cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

We are currently setting up a dedicated returns portal. In the meantime, please contact us for returns using the details below, and we will provide a return shipping label for you to forward to your customer.

  • Your order number
  • Confirmation that the item is being returned

Processing Returns

Once the returned item reaches our or our partner’s warehouse and meets the return conditions, we will process a refund to the merchant. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to process.

Exchanges

All exchanges are handled as returns. If your customer wants a different item, we ask online stores to request a return and place a new order for the replacement. To do this, email us at droll@droll.store, and we will provide you with the return label.

Handling exchanges as returns ensures each order has its own shipping label and appears as a new order in your store’s dashboard, making everything more transparent and easier to track.
